My loan was sold back to BOA and the knew nothing of a modification?. I calld Texas Attorney General and was instructed to file a complaint with The Office of Currency Comptroller in Houston Texas|. After I filed this when I called BOA I was connected to the president of BOA in Simi Valley CA". In three weeks time was loan was modified and processed?. For the record the money wired to Wilshire is well documented and arrest warrant were issued in Dallas County for all 4 key players of Wilshire'. They said by Jan they would review and decide if they will make it stick. I call in Jan ,Feb, March. I got the same answer they are reviewing it. Then I get a letter that Bof A now owns the loan. Talked to Bof A and they have no records. They want me to reapply all over. Any suggestions what I can do. |
