I have put in for a modification loan with Wilshire 3 times, with no results on either. The third time I was not notified regarding the Mod. Loan and was sent a letter that my loan was sold to Bank of America. What kind of crap is that. I never notified that the 3rd Mod Loan was denied and now my loan is being sold. What an American Company, you do all you can do to get them what they want and they still won't budge to help you. What do you go from here? I don't know what Bank of America will do, so I'm probably ***-ed out. I have a financial advisor whom I have been working with, but still they will not budge. 129458b

I have the same issues with Wilshire and BOA I wired money to Wilshire and have all documents avilable. I have contacted the FTC and US Attorney General for assistance Wilshire and BOA are wrong and will pay if we go before a federal judge they will pay the price for crimes they committed. This is just the beginning of BOA downfall.

I hear you! I worked wil them for months with the same standard answer "don't worry, everything will work out fine" or "they're still working on your file" blah, blah, blah. Now, they say I owe 9k??? I sent them my payments like I was supposed to for the modification. So, supposedly, BofA -whom I was transferred to , states they have no record of the trial payments or the ones prior to them. Ouch. Very worried at this point.

I was approved for a home modification with Wilshire with a three month trial and on the third second payment they sold my loan to BAC. BAC claims they have no knowledge of loan modification and are requesting I make back payments and orginial payments befor mod. I am very upset because Wilshire can not be reached. Our government needs to force them to correct this mess ASAP.Contact your legislators in Washington

If they (legislators) have not seen there is a problem already, then they never will. We as citizen must do OUR due diligence as this is OUR country, For the People, by the People. We are at the top of the chain of command and they are our servants. In the bible what was done with servants that did not obey?

I requested a home modification loan as well and it has taken over 7 months for them to give me an answer. They claim they did not have all my paper work. I sent it numberous time and have the fax confirmations to prove it. Then I get a letter saying that my loan is being sold to Bank of America. I tried calling Wilshire and the phone is busy and the website is no longer valid. I guess they went out of business??? Anyways, I am concerned that they might try to foreclose on my home. As of today BAC has not received any paperwork, which concerns me. Anyone have any advise???

First may I ask why would you want to modify your loan when there may be fraud in your mortgage that you were not aware of. You can take that fraud and make those that broke the law pay rather than you paying them to defraud you. When the banks break the law they owe YOU money, it says so in the law. The way to show they broke the law is in auditing the paperwork. A forensic audit performed by certified professionals can go over mortgage documents and find the violations of the law. Since a crime may have been committed you need to treat the paperwork as such. From the audit then a letter asking for more information or a rescission letter asking for the return of ALL money paid in and for them to divest themselves of all claims. From there litigation paperwork can be created ready to file into court. They do not want their violations of the law before a jury of 12 homeowners who may wonder if they were defrauded as well. See all the "MISTAKES" they make like losing document etc may be more than that, it may be intentional which is fraud. endlessfrauddetection.com contains example after of example what the law says when it come to mortgages. If the people are going to take back this country we need to do it one home at a time with the law. When you have gone through the site and see just what you can do then contact to start taking back this country one home at a time.
