Wow...very disturbing that a "troll" named anonymous can literally reply with mean, nasty, vile comnents on anyine who voices a complaint/concern.......FYI....I can see you like to write your thoughts,perhaps you should get a big binder of writing paper and express your thoughts with a pen to paper vs writing here...these customers are pouring out their souls along with issues with this co WestLake Finance .....I think its the companies responsibility to respond NOT yours.. ..This company is filled with nothing but snakes and the State of Calif Consumer Finance dept needs to audit them and look into their deceptive practices..

Then enlighten us...why are the only complainers and whiners people who DO NOT pay their bills on time? What are they who going about? Consequences they brought upon themselves because they don't pay on time!
