Last week my daughter (Carol C Low) called needing information. Her first question was to be about "payoff figure".
A man answered the phone, but before she could ask him anything, he began screeming at her, telling her that she was late on her house payment. She was not able to ask him anything. He was so rude to her, she was so upset that she was crying when she hung-up.
