Anyone who has a home mortgage with Wilshire Credit needs to know this company is a fraud. They are conducting illegal practices. Do not let them get by with they are doing to you or to any of your family or loved ones. They are a credit and collection company and as so act in a credit and collection company capacity. They talk to you as credit and collection people, not as a mortgage servicer. You are giving them your money. You are paying their salaries. A credit and collection company does not know how to run a mortgage company. They assume you to be "guilty" and treat you as if you should be honored to speak with them.

Do not trust this company. If you have a loan with them be prepared each and every day of your life to lose it. They are in the business of foreclosing on your home and if have equity in it, heaven help you!! They will take it by any means possible. They are inept and ill-prepared to handle mortgages and will lie and lie to you. If you have a re-modification with them, it means nothing. They will break the re-modification agreement. They foreclose illegally. If your experience with them has been bad, turn them in. Do something. Go first to the Federal Trade Commission, your state's Attorney General, the FBI mortgage fraud division. Do not stop. These people need to answer for what they have done to people. They need held accountable for all the lives they have destroyed and all the people they have left homeless! They need held accountable for all the federal laws they have violated! They need held accountable for all the assets they have hidden in other accounts.

We need all you whistleblowers (former and present) who have contacted us. You do not have to leave your name online but only let us know you will be there for us. You will be protected. At least 3 of you have called another person with a "nightmare done wrong" Wilshire Credit loan and we need you back again. Have someone else send your e-mail so your address will not be on this website and you will be given instructions from there.

All of us who have been violated by these people (some of which are Merrill Lynch and Bear Stearns among others) need to take action. We must stick together. Power comes with numbers and the more people we have sticking together the better chance we have against this corrupt company. Help yourselves by helping us fight for your rights along with ours!!

We had wilshire and had to file bankruptcy, were in bankruptcy, they were still able to forclosue on home paid 53,000 in past due loan payments and taxs, paid in full 2008 house was already sold, live in wisconsin where we have a year to reclaim home. not so.

we had 20 days to move. I have secondary progressive multiple sclerosis. electric wheelchair not charged day of move, thouht would be able to retreive it and other personal property, they had the house locked down and they kept my electric wheelchair.!!!!!

Parents have a mortgaage with ocwen as servicer, forgot to send in payment in january,because my brother was killed when his van caught on fire in my parents driveway and burned to death the end of january of this year,(2010)My Mom mailed the payment in late Ocwen sent payment back, is refusing all payments now, parents said would do a loan modification. they are both 80 years old, got an attorney, attorney is shocked how brazen ocwen is.Now Ocwen is trying to foreclose on them.

First may I ask why would you want to modify your loan when there may be fraud in your mortgage that you were not aware of. You can take that fraud and make those that broke the law pay rather than you paying them to defraud you.

When the banks break the law they owe YOU money, it says so in the law. The way to show they broke the law is in auditing the paperwork. A forensic audit performed by certified professionals can go over mortgage documents and find the violations of the law. Since a crime may have been committed you need to treat the paperwork as such.

From the audit then a letter asking for more information or a rescission letter asking for the return of ALL money paid in and for them to divest themselves of all claims. From there litigation paperwork can be created ready to file into court. They do not want their violations of the law before a jury of 12 homeowners who may wonder if they were defrauded as well. See all the "MISTAKES" they make like losing document etc may be more than that, it may be intentional which is fraud.
